You can create an investor account here.

Once you have registered as an Investor and posted your profile. The analysis team at 123Pitch will begin to verify your profile details, checking over the information and links you have provided about yourself (e.g. Linkedin, Websites, ABN, investment company checks, etc.). Our team may contact you to verify some details either via telephone or email.

To help Entrepreneurs make a better informed decision about investor profiles, our verification analyst will place *dot point notes* to each investor profile.

The verification check process may take 48 hours, after which your profile will become active on 123Pitch.

Our verification team will do our utmost best to check through every project/business profile listed on 123Pitch. Each entrepreneur project profile is scrutinised by our verification analysts, who checks their business details such as business registration details and business number using relevant government agency checks.

Each project profile will have *dot point notes* attached to give the investor a better insight of the pitchers.

It is also up to the investor to conduct their own due diligence checks through interviews, meetings, company registration and background checks and using appropriate advisers.

No. Our primary objective is to be an open service for entrepreneurs to find investors for their project/business. 123Pitch does not get involved in any pitches, or investment decisions.

No. 123Pitch makes no recommendations or suggestions regarding investments.

Yes. If you do not want to be searched you can hide your profile by clicking “hide” in your investor dashboard.

Only registered entrepreneurs can contact investors. Entrepreneurs can only contact investors through our internal email system.

Entrepreneurs can only contact investors using “credit” points purchased on the 123pitch website which helps ensure the entrepreneur doesn’t waste their credits ‘spamming’ investors.

Investors will receive an email from 123Pitch with entrepreneur message and pitch material.

123Pitch utilises a “Pay per Contact” fee model for each entrepreneur to contact an investor. Since each email contact costs the entrepreneur money, the likelihood that an investor will receive lots of emails is limited.

The benefit of this cost model is that the investor will know that the entrepreneur has made the effort and truly believes that the investor is who they want for their project/business.

No. It’s completely up to the investor to decide if they want to respond to a pitch from an entrepreneur.

In the Investor dashboard, the investor can respond to each pitch by selecting options from a drop-down menu. There is an option for “declined”, simply select the option and this will automatically notify the entrepreneur of the investor’s choice.

The other options in the drop down list include:

  • New Pitch
  • Interested
  • Negotiating
  • Invested
  • Declined

This is something you will need to discuss with the entrepreneur and your advisers.
